About Me

Hi! Welcome to Christopher Travel.  This won’t be a earth shattering affair. I’ll just put a picture or two up and add a few comments. Hope you enjoy the photography.
For a little bit about me. Sharon and I have been married for 30 years. We’ve done some travelling in the last four years and I’ve taken a few pics. From time to time I might share a bit of my life but, for the most part, this is a travel photography blog!

Enjoy!

Chris

    Hi.

Blooging is easy and instructive. To be connected with the world, can open one’s eyes and it gives much info about things and countries one do not know not at all, such as mine.

I am 65 five and I have some kind of photo blog.

    Welcome.

    hi Chris.
Found your site thru your comment on Vik’s blog. Wanted to thank you for your thoughts about risk management when riding a bike. I agree with you, and like how shared your beliefs.

Only recently have I returned to biking in Cleveland, thanks to a friend. In July, I will be 74, so my goal is to enjoy the time I have left to be outdoors. I am blessed to never be in a hurry.

Shared you opening page picture with my Boston friend, Rob, who traded in his Honda VTX for a scooter, which he enjoys more, at this stage of his life, than the motorcycle.

      Hi Gary!
Thanks for touching base. You’re about 12 years older than I am. I see you have a grasp on time remaining. I am just beginning to think that way. As a Christian I am comfortable with my eternity but I’m in no hurry to leave!
I fell roller skating of all things (without a helmet!) six weeks ago and injured my head. The headaches are getting worse and I realize I have to go and get it checked out. I also realize how fragile we really are. If this gets much worse I won’t be able to ride or work and I would become a burden to my wife. I think it will all work out ok but I realize how I have taken my health for granted.

I wouldn’t have looked at a scooter until we went to Europe. I’ve ridden 4 scooters my favourite being the Suzuki 650 Burgman. Were it not for my motorcycle accident I would buy a scooter. It’s strange I still miss riding a motorcycle after all these years. I am still comfortable handling a bike but the other guy is my problem. It’s been a bit of a thorn as my wife loves riding and I know it would “spruce up” the marriage. I don’t think I could forgive myself were she to be injured.
Sharon’s not into bicycling at all. I have a recumbent which is very comfortable but a bit slow. I feel very safe on the bike.
You’ll have to let me know what kind of scooter Rob rides!

    Hi Chris,

Just touching bases to say thanks for encouraging me to start my own blog. I am finding the whole process of reflecting and writing about an image enjoyable. My blog is on my website http://www.cnvisuals.com/blog.

Hope to bump into you in Hamilton the next time you are around.

    /Clarence.
