Presentation is Everything

Sharon has been on a pretty tough diet for some time now. She’s lost over forty pounds and is still going strong. We drive down to Richmond Hill where her Doctor checks her blood, takes measurements, and more or less keeps an eye on how she is doing.

After the check up I take Sharon to a fairly new restaurant in Richmond Hill as a treat! It’s an interesting mix of Korean and Japanese cuisine. In our travels we have sampled a few “prepare the food right at the table” eateries but this place is at the top of the list.

It’s not that the food is really any better than the other places although it is good. No, its their presentation which is simple but elegant and their staff. Won, the manager, remembered where we sat and that we were from Barrie when we had only been there once before and that was two weeks ago! Check out the presentation. These are not prepared “food portraits” but actual photos of how they serve you. Teppanyaki in Richmond Hill. Worth the trip.
