Fish Anyone?

I have to admit I haven’t spent a lot of time in market places. I have been to markets in Toronto, Kitchener, and London, Ontario. I’ve seen a few things in Chinatown that are outside my culinary box but I have never seen anything quite like this. This is one of the things that separates Europe from North America. Exotic doesn’t quite do this market place justice. If you like to cook fresh, this is the place to be!

It wasn’t all walking the main street in Barcelona although we did spend a lot of time there. The sun was just right and the streets were teaming with a fair mix of tourists and locals.

We did “take 10” in the local Starbucks. Yep, they had a Starbucks in Barcelona. Sort of a bull to a red flag is how Sharon responds to a Starbucks. (How is that for a Spanish analogy??!) One side of the glass, Spain. The other side of the glass, North America. It never ceases to amaze me how small the world is getting.
