The Butcher

Because the Lx3 has almost no zoom, I exchanged the camera for a Panasonic Fz35 upon our return. I can see I will need to order another Lx3 and travel with both. These inside shots with no flash can’t be done with the Fz35. The Lx3 allows for an intimacy most point and shoots can’t deliver. A clean image with depth of field and warmth, the photo leaves no doubt what this man does for a living.

I am also learning that while the camera is important, what’s in front of the lens is what really counts. I have a lot to learn about photography but it’s fun.

This picture give you a bit of an idea how big this market place was. I’m so thankful we stumbled upon it. It was one of our highlights on the trip.
